In 1988, 1989, and 1990 I took classes in Metaphysics with Instructor Bro. Anthony Panera, who today is still teaching in San Jose CA. The classes brought me closer to who I am and inspired a passion for healing. I learned to use my psychic instinct to promote success, help people with their path, and use positive visioning to navigate wonderful experiences in my world.
I worked in many office environments using the healing techniques I was still developing; it opened up a world of unlimited possibilities. I especially loved to help others that were ready for the next step of their path and become their own masters. Using guidance we helped them simplify solutions to work with after their "readings" with us. I was fully in my life character and exploring unlimited possibilities with my new found gifts.
In 1995, I was going to Massage School in Santa Clara, "The Center for Body Harmonics". In School we were taught the following:
The fundamentals of Chair Shiatsu and the Meridians of the body
Foot and Hand Reflexology
Swedish massage
Kahi Loa (Hawaiian Reiki/Channeling the Elements)
Deep tissue massages/Stretches for sports injuries and strains
After finishing school, I was well on my way in becoming more of what I loved in the healing work.
In 1996 I received a "Chair Massage" position in "Whole Foods Market" in Los Gatos CA. I worked in "Whole Foods" for six years and during that time I was teaching my own healing classes. I was giving massage treatments in hospitals, convulesant homes, and social service offices. I worked with an acupuncturist in San Jose, giving Swedish massages to enhance chi' flow after their acupuncture treatments.
During special events in my communities such as, AIDS walks, Cancer Runs, City Teams, and Leukemia prevention gatherings, I gave chair massages in the service of love.

In 2004 I moved here to Mt. Shasta, I found new heights in my spiritual evolution as a massage therapist and an intuitive healer. I realized my potential in reaching goals that were in the past, intangible.
Mt. Shasta has a unique energy that comes from the mountain, the land, the water, and the people.
Living here helps me merge the "old knowledge" with techniques I have been developing since I first began this path and sharing the Shasta energy to influence physical healing in others.
I am still engaged in my own unfolding understandings from my family the
"Karuk Nation" and my Lakota Sun Dance leaders.
I am learning from the land, like my ancestors did, sharing my knowledge with rest of the world, and hopefully leave a mark on this planet before I go home.
